Getting there, the scenic way
A private tuk-tuk convoy collects the group from FIL and takes the long way round, a full two hours through Lisbon's prettiest streets, so the transfer becomes part of the evening rather than dead time before it.
18:00 · The Kitchen
Cook the meal, don't just eat it
A private, hands-on class led by a professional local chef in English throughout. The group cooks a menu of traditional Portuguese petiscos side by side, as a team, not watching from the sidelines.
20:30 · The Table
Sit down to what you made
Once the cooking's done, everyone sits down together to enjoy the meal they made, with Portuguese wine flowing throughout the evening.
